Everything you need to know 

BOOKING

Discover the range of properties showcased on our website. Simply peruse the listings, choose your preferred dates, and click on the booking option. The system will calculate and display the applicable fees that need to be settled. After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing comprehensive information shortly. Upon your physical check-in, the security deposit will be collected either in cash or through a credit card transaction.

To secure your booking, it is required to make a full payment at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Alternatively, you have the option to pay 30% of the total amount anytime before that, with the remaining balance due on or before 14 days prior to your check-in date. Please note that if there is a delay in your payment, we will consider your booking as canceled, and our standard Cancellation Policy will be applicable.

We offer multiple payment options to facilitate your convenience. You can settle the payment using cash, make a bank transfer, or use a credit card. We also accept UAE cheques, but please note that for the cheque to be considered valid, it must be cleared at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date.

PRE CHECK-IN

The Pre-Check-In form provides you with the opportunity to provide us with important details regarding your booking, such as your desired check-in and check-out times. This information allows us to ensure your safety and security and enables us to verify your details. Additionally, we kindly ask you to review and agree to our guest terms.

If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions regarding the Pre-Check-In form, we encourage you to reach out to us. You can contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling our dedicated helpline at +971545005224. Our friendly team is available to assist you from 9 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. We are always delighted to provide any necessary support.

The purpose of the Terms & Conditions is to ensure the protection of all individuals involved in the booking process. These terms are designed to provide clarity and outline the responsibilities of each party when sharing a home, aiming to prevent any potential issues from arising.

To maintain transparency and adherence to regulations, all our guests are required to read and agree to our reservation Terms & Conditions. Additionally, our House Rules have been carefully crafted in accordance with the guidelines set by DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing). By familiarizing themselves with and accepting these terms, guests can enjoy a smooth and enjoyable stay while respecting the property and its regulations.

We will ask you for the following documents when you check-in: 1) passport, Emirates ID or GCC issued ID; 2) Email Address; 3) Phone Number.

During the check-in process, it is mandatory for us to verify the card that was used for payment. If you have utilized a card for your booking but won't have it available during check-in, kindly notify us in advance by providing this information in your pre-check-in form. To ensure a secure transaction, our company utilizes a trusted online platform where you can securely submit your personal details and a copy of a valid identification document. This allows us to verify your booking and ensure a smooth check-in experience.

CHECK-IN

A dedicated member of our team will personally welcome you to the property and provide you with one or two sets of keys, depending on the property size and number of guests, as part of the check-in process.

As part of our personalized service, we prioritize meeting and greeting you at your home. Our check-in time is typically set for 2 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival, but we can accommodate other preferred times upon request, as indicated in your pre-check-in form. This check-in experience is an opportunity for us to not only hand over the keys but also to familiarize you with your "home away from home." We will ensure you understand how everything functions and share insider tips on local attractions and hidden gems you won't want to miss.

During the check-in, we will verify your identification documents and go over the home rules together, ensuring that you are fully aware of the necessary steps to secure the return of your deposit without any complications. Additionally, we will confirm the check-out time and arrange for feedback on your stay, ensuring your overall experience is exceptional.

Our regular check-in timeframe is scheduled between 2 pm and 6 pm UAE time, which allows for a smooth arrival experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require flexibility. We are more than willing to accommodate alternative check-in requests whenever feasible. If you inform us of your preferred check-in time as early as possible, it increases the likelihood of us being able to adjust the schedule to meet your needs.

Our regular check-in time is set at 2 pm UAE time to ensure a smooth arrival experience. However, we acknowledge that there may be instances where your travel plans require an earlier arrival to Dubai.

If you provide us with a week's notice prior to your arrival and communicate your request, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a suitable solution. We strive to be flexible and responsive to make your check-in process as convenient as possible.

In the event that you require a check-in after 6 pm UAE time, a nominal administrative charge may apply to cover the costs associated with our night shift arrangements. We kindly request that you contact us well in advance to make the necessary arrangements for late check-ins. By allowing us ample time, we can ensure that everything is properly coordinated and that our team is available to assist you during your arrival.

As part of our standard procedure, we perform a comprehensive photo inventory prior to the arrival of our guests and again during the check-out process once they have vacated the property. This meticulous practice serves the purpose of verifying and documenting the condition of the home, ensuring that it is restored to its original state when the homeowner returns. By conducting these photo inventories, we maintain a record of the property's condition throughout the guest's stay, allowing for transparency and accountability in maintaining the home's pristine condition.

During our office hours, we offer a dedicated concierge service designed to cater to your additional needs and enhance your overall stay. Whether you require extra bed linen, towels, dry cleaning services, grocery delivery, airport transfers, or even the option to hire a chef, our concierge team is readily available to assist you. They are equipped to handle any requests you may have and are committed to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction during your time in the home. Furthermore, if you have any concerns or questions about the property, our concierge team is there to address them promptly and efficiently.

In the event of an emergency, we kindly advise you to contact the appropriate authorities first for immediate assistance and safety. Once you have taken the necessary steps to address the emergency, please notify us as well. If the matter pertains to a significant maintenance issue that requires urgent attention, our dedicated emergency number is available round the clock. You can reach out to us at any time, and our team will promptly assist you in resolving the situation to ensure your well-being and the integrity of the property.

CHECK-OUT

If your plans change and you need to depart from the home earlier than originally anticipated, we completely understand. However, we kindly request that you inform us of this change so that we can provide you with specific instructions regarding the return of the keys. Our aim is to ensure that the home remains secure and protected even after your departure. By notifying us in advance, we can guide you on the appropriate key drop-off location, allowing for a smooth and safe transition as you leave the property.

Our regular check-out time is set at 11 am UAE time, allowing for a seamless departure process. However, if there are no subsequent bookings or homeowner returns scheduled for the same day, we are delighted to accommodate later check-outs until 1 pm. Please note that the confirmation of a later check-out can only be provided within 24 hours of your scheduled departure, and an additional charge may be applicable.

If you require a guaranteed late check-out or wish to extend your departure time between 1 pm and 7 pm, a full-day charge will be applied. It's important to consider that any check-out time beyond 7 pm will be treated as an additional night's stay and will incur corresponding charges.

We strive to be as flexible as possible with check-out arrangements, ensuring that they align with your preferences and the availability of the property. Please communicate your requirements in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements and provide you with a seamless departure experience.

As a fundamental practice, we prioritize conducting check-outs in person to ensure a personalized experience for our guests. A dedicated team member will arrive at the designated time to meet you at the home and collect the keys. This allows us the valuable opportunity to receive direct feedback from you, provide assistance with your luggage, and offer any guidance or recommendations for your onward journey.

In the event that you need to depart from the home earlier than originally planned, we completely understand. However, we kindly request that you inform us in advance so that we can provide clear instructions on where to leave the keys, ensuring that the home remains secure as you leave.

We value open communication and strive to make your departure as smooth as possible, taking into account any adjustments to your schedule. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with your updated plans, enabling us to provide the necessary guidance and support during your check-out process.
